BOOK CLUB

We meet on the third Thursday, each month

Please come between 7.30 and 8.00p.m.

and meet in the foyer for tea or coffee,

before we go up to Room 4 until about 9.00 p.m.

Do you enjoy a good read and would you like to meet others to talk about it afterwards? If so, you will be

most welcome.

Books are chosen by members, who either borrow from their local library or buy from a

member who purchases sets on their behalf, at a good price, at least a month in

advance.

The books selected for February to May 2012 are:-

16^th February – Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck

15^th March – More Than Just Coincidences by Julie Wassmer

19^th April – Shadows of the Workhouse by Jennifer Worth

17^th May – The Glass Painter’s Daughter by Rachel Hore
